One of the big animes running currently are literally about a manlet (short muscular guy) with no magic ability who wants to become the wizard king to protect his people but also to impress a Stacy nun from his childhood home.

At this point in the series, the nun still rejects him because she actually raised him and sees him more like a son; however, three girls (out of which two are taller than him) are in love with him.
