I’ve never heard of K and R types used in describing different human genders. K and r type populations are used in ecology to study reproductive and growth traits in whole animal populations.

yup, like wolves (K type) verses rabbits (r type) .. they apply this theory to humans also. europeans evolved to be K types bc they evolved in very harsh winter climates, were largely monog, had fewer children and invested a lot of effort into them. africans were r/type bc they evolved in warmer, climates (no winter) weren't monog and had a crap load of children with little parental investment. with the cushy western lifestyles, more euros are turning into r types. just overall shittier people. slutty. fuck like rabbits, little parental investment, etc
