They don't wanna be with a girl who can't take care of herself. That's why lots of girls starve themselves, and obsess about making themselves look good, they use cleansers, they wax, they use makeup they get their hair styled and their nails done.
Your average fat girl spends a lot more time on her appearance and looks okay (to a certain extent, there's a point where you've gone too fat, then your average fat guy. A guy or girl carrying an extra 30 pounds who otherwise dresses well and takes care of their appearance can look fine.
There's fat and then there's obese, and you don't have to be perfect, no one's perfect. Getting glistening sculpted muscles isn't the key to being attractive or put together, neither is being super skinny. There's a lot more to personal grooming then that.
But this is just one key. And ultimately you're missing the point.
You shouldn't be getting thin to get girls, you should be getting thin to love yourself, you should be fixing your appearance to love yourself, you should be showering to love yourself, you should be getting haircuts to love yourself, you should be wearing deoderant and cologne to love yourself.
You should be learning to love yourself, earning to get places for you.
