Nothing's healthy about our situation: being incel/Forever Alone isn't healthy, believing blue-pilled lies and getting crushed under the disappointment and chased with heavier depression isn't healthy; venting just feels like the best option, given the circumstances.

Plus, you can't deny that at least we have humor, and humor is always healthy. Laughter is the best medicine.

Kinda in the same position as you and I've spent a lot of time thinking about solutions for the dramatic increase in incels recently (not like I can change anything just out of genuine curiosity). One thing I noticed is that incels are rarely ever a problem in rural or low income areas and I feel like it could be because of the over-inflated self worth that social media has allowed us to have where we can project only the best parts of ourselves to everyone

There is actually a surprising focus on fixing the unhappiness that technology has brought on the millennial generation but its mostly in the workplace as of now. I still think its interesting to note though because experts are asking every generation (especially the ones that raised them) and not just millennials to fix their way of thinking. There was a really good interview I saw with one of the guys trying to take this movement somewhere but I can't remember the name of it as of now
