When kylo saw his father after so many years and realized Han Solo still mogged him at age 70, he snapped. He goaded his father to come closer so he could compare his fathers lower third, his canthal tilt and NW1 at seventy.
He knew the only thing to do when confronted with such a slayer was to kill him.
That is why kylo liked answering to Snoke, because only Snoke was uglier than him.
Note that kylo wanted to fight Rey face to face, so that he could remind her of his incel pain.

He’s sort of on the freaky end of tall & he has the frame of a fridge. The only reason he’s considered attractive is because he has very well maintained hair & makeup was used to soften his features in Force Awakens. He’s a Chad in personality though & that’s what maintains his appeal.

Adam Driver is not ugly, there are a lot of positive qualities about him (height, decent unique face, good hair/hairline, good frame), but the only comments I have heard women say on him in real life are that he's weird looking and ugly. I would absolutely love to look like him.

Vader was a male model in terms of looks & his armour was extremely cool. Remember that in Disney canon, as of TFA, it’s public knowledge that he was Anakin Skywalker.
Even beneath the helmet (if we ignore Sebastien Shaw & theorise that Vader actually looked like Hayden Christensen), he’d still have that uber Chad bone structure & facial features. I’m totally straight, but Hayden Christensen is a gorgeous man & has aged like a fine wine (I’d say he’s aged more because he became a farmer after Sith wrapped up production, lots of work + long days exposed to the elements will age you). If Palpatine hadn’t wanted to torture Vader & had got him the best treatment/prosthetics available, Vader still would have been a 10/10 Chad that would have remained a 9-10 even with age.
