That would be the best case scenario, but comics have been infected by SJWs, like the rest of the culture; you should assume that any SJW/Leftist speech by any character is coming fully endorsed by the comic publisher.

You're drawing a fallacy, because in a proper society this wouldn't even make it past the censors, because it is unift for consumption for society at large, much less in medium with a large child base such as comics. Once, you've surrendered the high point of labeling the other side as "hate speech"/"obscene"/"treason"/"heresy" then you're on the path of surrending to it, because what is not taboo is mandatory, and it then it soon becomes "hate speech"/"etc" to not loudly proclaim (whatever) as something everyone must believe.
