Sure, you can block your ears and pretend people lie on surveys without having any evidence of it, but don't go around saying it's gigachads pulling the mean. This number is a median. It's almost like statisticians have brains and know which central tendency to use to report meaningful information. But every 14-year-old incel thinks he is wickedly smarter than people who make studies because they just learned in math class the difference between mean and median.

The evidence is that men and women have the exact same amount of sex on average, yet men always report having way more sex on average.

So the averages are complete lies, only logical that the means are as well.

I mean there's not evidence that men lie in one direction and that women lie in the other direction. None whatsoever. That's pure whacko speculation. What's less crazy is look at the survey, assuming that maybe men and woman lie the same direction, or that maybe they don't lie. At least the survey is real.

humans are sexually dimorphic, retard. women dont want to be perceived as "sluts" because that puts into question a childs paternity. when a childs paternity is in question the supposed father is less likely to waste resources raising that child leaving them to fend for themselves - evolutionary speaking its advantageous to do whatever is possible to maintain the appearance of being virginal - as the survival of her and her offsprings depends on their mate being reasonably sure they're not being cuckholded.

likewise, as for why men would lie about having sex with more partners, it comes down to how deeply male sexual success is tied into societal respect. a man who is less desirable by women is likewise less respected by men and society as a whole (even more so if he's a virgin). likewise, pre-selection as an aspect of the female sexual strategy means that men who have sex are more likely to have sex with other women as those mens value would be validated by virtue of other women already being interested.

Take 10 guys. One guy has had 93 partners. Seven guys have had 1 partner. The last two guys have had zero. The average number of sexual partners for the group is 10, which clearly doesn't represent the typical experience for the group. The median is 1.

The main problem with this data is that it's very dated. To know the sexual history of 40-year-olds, you are essentially looking at dating market 10-20 years ago.
