There is a major, major disconnect between the educational system and the rest of the world. The gap has grown tremendously, and it has lead so many dudes astray into an empty field of blue-pilled, beta-buxxed confusion and resentment.
This here is what stands out to me. These questions aren't at all complicated, they're based on being perceptual. Understanding how to navigate through the inner workings of social situations and have the ability to behave in a manner that gets you moving along without alarming people of being awkward (socially inept, due to lack of experience maybe?) but most people will shut you down if you can't act properly.
This guy has a PhD in science! but he can't figure out what behavior is correct for a social situation. Just a theory but I do believe theirs some sort of spectrum of social understanding all people are on.

Dozens upon dozens of applications and only get two interviews for an entry level position asking me why I don't have any experience ( because they expect 3 years of experience at an ENTRY LEVEL position ).
