I don't lift, I do cardio. Running, swimming so forth. I lift a little bit but I'm not a bodybuilder. I do a mixture of strength training and cardio. Also, that's not true. I'm Irish so a lot of my mates play sports for their local teams, Gaelic Football or rugby mostly so they go to the gym for that.
