I believe there is, but it will be much harder hooking up or dating with girls since your shorter than the average male (wherever you live). Speaking from other people's experiences, manlets have to bring more to the table. On top of having your jawline and facial hair, you gotta gymcel, dress well, and get a good career or major in something that will lead you to get a good career and be confident in your own skin.
