I'm not telling people not to take it, b/c side effects like mine are very rare and it can be a lifesaver for some, but I don't think people should just take it willy nilly, either.
Out of that column on the far left of categories I suffer at least 5 or 6 of the very rare adverse effects. Mind you this was 20 years ago and higher dosages were common. If you've taken it recently you should be okay.

No scarring? I don't believe you. If you have no scarring then you likely didn't have cystic acne to begin with and being on something as strong as accurate was completely unwarranted. And if you had minimal scarring I can guarantee you that when you reach late 20s to early 30s your skin will begin to sag and your scars will become more prominent.
