I do know the feeling my friend. And what I shared with you is what kept me going through all of the times when I truly thought I was nothing. When even my own mother left me behind. Always remember that there's someone who cares. Good luck in your troubles, I know it's something you have to work out yourself, I know most people don't understand, but never forget someones rooting for you. A big step is taking yourself off of this board for a month. I used to go on /r9k/ all the time, I took a break for a month and went back. I realized how toxic it had been and that it had changed my thought process.

What I really found that helped was trying to think of hobbies I could do by myself. Something interesting enough to keep you occupied or distract you from your thoughts, long enough for you to forget for even one second. When you remember, you realize how good forgetting felt, so you search for that Until you get so busy you have no time to think about how lonely you are. After that point you'll start to notice the things that distracted you don't necessarily distract you any more, but let you think. Think about the things you like to do, the things you wish you could do, and the things you want to do eventually. After doing that I realized other people really didn't matter as much as I thought.

You are right. From point A to point B. I have been glued to imageboards for years, because somehow it feels like i have someone to share my pain with. I could'n stand 4chan( despite i lurked in /pol/ a lot and i regret every second of it, that place is the purest form of cancer imagineable) and for the most of time i posted on wizardchan but everyone was to busy discussing about suicides and how to commit them and it sucked the energy out of me and made me even more depressed than ever. Start with what I said. To be honest, I'm still struggling with most of it, but there is hope. Just... try. Even if you fail, keep trying. Remember that when you don't try, people can see it and will give you less.

People always parrot "confidence, fake it till you make it," while that's great, they have years of experience under their belt. You're starting fresh and people won't understand that. You just have to do little things until you do them every day without thinking. Those things become your daily routine. People make fun of the whole shower thing, like that's really going to make you more attractive. Pro tip: it isn't. That's not to discourage you, it's the truth. What it will do is make you feel better about yourself. Fuck everyone else. Find something that makes you happy and do it.
