I don't know. A lot happens between 25 and 40. Financial stability often means less stress. Extra spending cash can fix your hairline, your wardrobe, your car, etc. Your mind frame changes. You stop giving so many fucks and it actually has a positive impact on your confidence. A lot of 40 year olds are still active in the gym and many are fitter than they were in their 20's.
