5'11" is a good height, even if you are inflating an inch here. Using a 1" insole you can be 5'11" for certain (if not 6', which is the job done height-wise - no one will really complain about you not being 6'1, for example).

Weight wise, would I be right to assume that you are at 30% body fat? The most optimal body fat % (where the face really shows) is 10 - to get even from 25% to 10% without losing much muscle will take like 9 months. What is your plan here?

Also, what age are we talking. If you are under 25, there is a big chance of changing, including your frame and face, and also the height.

In regards to the face, from a neutral standpoint, how would you rank yourself on the PSL scale? Usually 5.5 is a good average, with 7 being Chad - most of the people are around 6 (~60% of all).
