I had no bias against female programmers until I actually got paired with them on teams. Every time I have one they are absolute shit and the rest of the group has to carry their workload, it's fucking depressing watching them struggle with the absolute basics and wondering what they're even doing in this field.

I honestly have no idea how any of this can't be considered a 'hate crime' towards those who are 'left behind' in terms of romance.

Yet, the same people genuinely wonder why many people in this position deal with issues such as Social Anxiety and Depression. They then also consider any questions towards their negative actions, comments and stigmas as 'hate' towards them.
