I don't know man. When I was struggling, I never thought that working out and dressing nicely would lead me to found a woman. Dressing nicely and being clean is a must in all circumstances, but girls won't date you because you present well. The most important thing is personality. I know how this topic is laughed at but god damn this is essential. Of course I am not saying that personality works like a switch, it's a complex topic on how to work on someone's personality. Yup, same. I took all the steps that are generally recommended (in addition to the really basic and obvious stuff, that still gets recommend, for some reason), to no avail. Heck, I even subbed to r/seduction. I have to admit, I didn't approach for rather obvious reasons but you'd think with all that effort, I'd at least get some signs of interest from girls. Nope. If they look at me at all, they always seem weirdly disgusted. To be fair, I can't really complain too much since most things generally improved my life somewhat but it just goes to show that most common advice is nonsense.
