But at a certain point I made the choice to do something to make myself feel better. I started working out some and got a job that forced me to talk to people. It was terrifying, but it helped. And like anything else in life, getting better required practice and honesty with myself, without projecting my own insecurities onto those who had what I wanted. It was hard, and it took practice, but it was the most important thing I've ever done for myself. I wish that for you and anyone like you.
