Most cosmetic surgeries are performed cheaply by terrible surgeons. Most results are actually really good when they’re done by skilled, tested surgeons. Buuut those surgeons are very rare and so they can charge you whatever the fuck they want to for their services (and they do).

Eppley is a complete scam. I've had procedures with him and it was complety shit. He doesn't understand aestethics and subtility, which is extremely important in aesthethics. Do not go to Eppley, trust me. Other surgeonss couldn't believe how shit his work was. I know surgeons who told me they get a lot of dissatisfied clients from Eppley. Especially when it comes to implants. Silicone implants are shit and look unnatural anyway, and Eppley makes them way too big.

Eppley just does whatever the hell his clients ask. Clients think you can just but 20 mm jaw implants in their face and it's going to look good. They don't understand it doesn't work like that with sillicone and you'll get a bloated face. Sillicone doesn't work anyway. It looks very unnatural. You may believe me or you want to stick to your own ideas. I had to redo mine. Talked to yamarshuk and he said he gets so many complaints from Eppley's clients who have to redo the procedure because Eppley fucked it up so many times. Eppley doesn't care about dimensions, you end up looking like a freak. You can't just put any size in someone's face. Talk to Dr. Van der Drussen in Belgium and he will explain you can't exceed certain dimensions. You have to carefully calculate the dimensions to obtain facial harmony. Eppley made so many mistakes, it was complete bullshit. He also doesn't record what het did at all. I couldn't believe the nightmare i went through with this guy. Did it two times with him and he fucked it up completely. He only works with 3d models. Every honest surgeon will tell you that you can't just work with 3d models. It looks fancy and all on paper, but reality is completely different. Anyway, i'm not gonna discuss this further. Don't want to waste my time on it.

The largest factor is price. It’s extremely expensive. Depending on the work needed it could easily cost $40,000. The average annual income in the United States is much lower than than, and in regard to the incel community they’re probably on the lower end of that spectrum (attractiveness directly correlates with income, and on top of that the mental handicap that comes with honestly believing yourself a vile-to-look-at person would affect your earning potential). The Chinese girls do it because they come from families with mucho dinero (hence they’re not living in China anymore) and they usually don’t have much done in the way of major changes ($15,000-$25,000 I would guess). Even financing over very long periods isn’t feasible a lot, or most, of the time. Truly heartbreaking.
