Generally speaking your debt isn’t passed on to relatives except in very specific cases (like there might be a couple states in the US which permit that) but otherwise they’ll get what they can out of the estate and the rest is written off as a loss.
Thank you guys but really debt is the main reason. I am quite ashamed to be asking money from my parents at this age. I used to have a great job, but went back to school and that turned out to be a wrong decision. Now barely making it. I think I will be able to gather enough money to repay my parents and then some more. I've already told them about my plans for ending my life. They can't say much because they're in a different country and have no idea what I am going through mentally. I don't wish to explain anyone either.
