No shit. Phones have shitty camera that distort how you look, which only further distort how you look because it's usually held closely to your face. It's why normalfags always use stupid angles/filters, since they look like shit in most of them as well.
Take a photo of yourself in the mirror for a more accurate version of yourself. It's not 100% perfect as phone cameras can still distort the image somewhat but it's the closest thing you'll get to the real thing, save for professional photographs.

I just do video to see myself. Photos distort too much.
