They don't want a relationship, they want to get laid. Dude it’s not like that. I personally believe both arguments about evolution. Women are more selective than men by default because it helped our species survive. Women are also more weak than the average man, and definitely more emotional and sometimes superficial.

The thing is, society has gotten to a point where men aren’t allowed to treat women like emotional, weak beings. Equality has taken care of that. But women are still allowed to be selective and take advantage of the “courtship” or “pursuing” system, even though it’s outdated and sexist. The current situation with incels and dating only exists because women refuse to move on from antiquated practices.
