I can relate to that. Growing up in an Israeli American family made me super self conscious about what people would say about what I was eating at lunch time.
Not really, Jewish moms try to set their sons up with other Jewish girls but my mom died when I was pretty young and we stopped going to temple around the same time.
Generally it's rice, beans, and meat (good quality). My coworkers eat hamburgers, ramen, or peanut butter sandwiches. I just feel uncomfortable in upsetting them. I just don't want to make them feel bad and at the same time just receiving comments of how delicious my food smell like. But I guess that is a perk of living with my parents.
People are very judgmental. But that is the problem. You are more confident about yourself when you haven't been judged or criticized by your looks/ culture in your childhood. Confidence is exterior not interior.
Guess what. You do absolutely nothing by telling us to do this or that. Because it's bullshit that we have heard, and tried, before. Your advice means nothing.
same here. Everyday I go outside and eat alone. i prefer it so much more than the cafeteria with 400+ people in it. When I'm in there it feels like everyone is staring out me.
There was never a time when that wasn't the case. Nowadays during recess I just stay in the classroom browsing /int/ on my phone instead of going to the cafeteria to eat alone. My classes are from 7AM to 11:30AM anyway, I don't even feel hungry.
Wound up at lunch on a day when this other kid I sat with was absent and I had no one. These Staceys who were pretty hot were sitting a couple chairs away from me and this one Stacey sort of talked to me in a kind of mocking voice where she sorta of sounded concerned I was sitting alone. She put her hand on my leg when she talked to me. I think she was fucking with me.
It felt horrible. I sat alone and I wonder who paid attention to me and saw me. Looking back on high school, I realize that I was a loser when I thought that I was sorta cool at worst. It hurts.
Yeah really. Ever watch any movies from the 70's - 80's, "Grease" being a good example, you had the weird geeky kid Eugene who wore thick glasses, was really friendly, but had no friends & was bullied constantly by the cool greaser dudes. Now that those types of kids started shooting up places every school holds "Hug the weird kid day!"
I was bullied a bit in 9th grade for being "the new kid". An occasional fight w/some 15yr old puberty 'hardass'. Fortunately halfway thru 11th grade year I applied for & accepted into a computer tech program w/17 other students from the 3 area high schools. We took our required high school classes + a few actual college courses at a local university branch. Thus I didn't deal with the ridiculous high school drama for long.
However I definitely observed it happening to others and now that I'm older I have had many encounters of women w/four kids looking for betabux cuck to take care of her/her crotchfruit. As a matter of fact she doesn't always even need kids.
My ex-girlfriend was a cashier at a pharmacy while I was an automotive technician at a Mercedes/Audi dealership. Together 1.5 years when she randomly txted me while at work: "Sigh I wish a doctor would just come into the pharmacy & marry me!" At first I disregarded it & texted: "I wish a wealthy mature lady, maybe 40...45, would come into the dealership, see me the hot 20-something stud (I'm not a stud) working on her car, and ask me over to her house. I'll be her boytoy & she'll be my sugar momma." She replied with "lol" meaning she's pissed, however it was perfectly fine for her to fantasize of a rich doctor marrying her so she could quit work. Then it continued for a number of weeks after that, maybe once/twice a week she'd randomly text me something similar. Probably out of spite for my 'sugar momma joke'. At last I said: "Look, it's a little odd how you keep saying you wish a doctor would marry you...when you're not single." She became pissed again and said "OMG I was just kidding! You take everything too seriously! I can't have
jealously in my relationship!" We broke up shortly thereafter & I moved on.
I've been single for ~2yrs and have no desire to enter into another relationship. Feel burned out on them. I spent significant amounts of time/money doing what the girlfriend(s) wanted to do. Going out to eat/drink, movies, buying her random clothes/junk, expensive trips to concerts, amusement parks, etc...while I barely spent anything on what I enjoyed, and when I did the girlfriend would get pissed: "I can't believe you spent 650 DOLLARS on a stupid useless gun!!! We could have used that money toward such & such vacation!"
Well I hate going out to eat, alcohol, movie theatres, concerts, waiting in line 4 hours at an amusement park, and traveling. I mean do want to go to on a solo trip to Eastern Europe someday but I'm not spending $1600 on a two person cruise. Now I get to sleep when I want, play PC games, develop my PC game, get my alone time. I socialize by going target shooting w/friends or hike around the farmland shooting at random stumps & stuff, spend money on a new rifle/ammunition/accessories(basically only hobby that I spend money on). No fighting/arguments, no insecurities or worrying about her getting dicked by some other dude. I stay occupied with so much other stuff now I can't even imagine adding a relationship to the mix again.
Yes. This was me every lunch hour for pretty much all of high school until I decided to replace the cafeteria with a lovely bathroom stall so no one could see that I was alone.

I either went outside to a place that was hidden from view, or went to the library (at my high school, they allowed food for some reason, as long as we weren't seated at a computer).
I've always wondered if sexual freedom is ultimately responsible for bullying and cliqueyness in society. For example, you never hear about someone from George Washington's time being an outcast or unable to make friends. In today's society people filter out the uncool guys out of their group because they don't want girls to see their group as being losers. But in the past it didn't matter much because men were guaranteed to get a wife regardless of if they belonged to a "cool group".
You never hear about it, but there's no way of knowing if that's because it didn't happen or if it just didn't get written down.
Personally it seems likely to me that incels have always existed. Social outcasts, the ones who get bullied. Just now we have a much more connected world and we hear these stories.
In the same way, autists, gays, psychopaths, etc... they always existed. We didn't always have a label or diagnosis but they were there.
In the same way, autists, gays, psychopaths, etc... they always existed. We didn't always have a label or diagnosis but they were there.
Autists didn't exist, because autism didn't exist, until vaccinations and the ever growing number of them imposed on children. Incels have always existed, but until feminism and hypergamy, it was probably only 1% of the population.
Personally it seems likely to me that incels have always existed.
Not on the level that they exist today. In the past society was monogamous, i.e. one partner FOR LIFE. This meant that for every male incel there was a corresponding female incel. Of course they didnt last incel for long because they would end up getting married. In today's society, male incels are abundant and female incels are nonexistent, thanks to sexual freedom, which permits women of all levels of attractiveness to spend their prime years getting plowed by the hunkiest Chads in their college, which leaves no use for average looking and ugly men.
But here's the thing, it wasn't like the government had a list like "Stacie's third daughter is to be married to Mortie's first son." You asked her father, and he decided if you were good enough to support his daughter, and even if he did you would still have to give him a dowry. Most of the time a woman would have multiple suitors that the father would choose from so good fucking luck living in that fantasy of ye olde times. Especially since physically deformed or mentally handicapped people were often locked up in the cellar to avoid embarrassing the family.
You seem to be ignorant to the facts that men would be going for multiple women, not everybody got married, and marriage was handled less like love at first sight and more like a long term business transaction. You could be rejected by the father of every girl you were interested in back in those days and live your life a lonely virgin. hmm, if only there was a word for something like that.
Yeah, after my graduation ceremony from college. Where most students have dinner together. I didn't find anyone so I went to Mcdonalds and lied to my family that I had dinner with my friends. That why I hate the word "Graduation"
after my high school graduation there was an after party thing. i went to a very small high school (graduating class of <100), i think i was literally the only person who wasn’t invited. i went home and played world of warcraft
Yup. I've talked before about how I managed to make friends, but that's a recent development. For most of my time in both grade school and college, this was me every day. It's fucking brutal.
And there's no way to hide, either. You just sit there feeling stupid, and feeling like everyone's looking at you and judging you for being the outcast. I'm glad I'm out of school and will never have to experience that again.

Let's just say her daughter was in a program I was in so we had the same classes for the most part, and I was closer to the mom than the daughter.

I've isolated myself at work. My fear of being criticized of what I eat drives me to that. I am just scared of being criticized.

after my high school graduation there was an after party thing. i went to a very small high school (graduating class of <100), i think i was literally the only person who wasn’t invited. i went home and played world of warcraft

Yep. Pretty much every day when I was in uni.

What's funny is that even during the short time in grade school that I had friends, this was still usually me.

Every fucking day of my life dude. I am not fucking kidding. I am basically THEE beta male of my school.

If you were this person, would you feel burdened if someone came to talk to you?
1 BF8211 2018-03-18
I'd probably feel like they were there to fuck with me.

Well then push yourself harder. Don't worry about if other people are struggling more or less, worry about improving your own life

This guy's trying to make you kill yourself

"Push yourself harder."
"I'm pushing myself as hard as I can."
"Then push harder!"
How about you take your own advice and not concern yourself about what others are doing, or not doing.

Too late

All fine and dandy if it's your choice, same with not having sex or being single. Not so fine and dandy when the choice is made for you.
