4 hours of forced labor focused around serving femoids (not sexually) without receiving anything for it, not even acknowledgment of your existence, to teach you about entitlement

2 more hours of normans and femoids just throwing feces at you and beating you up

1 hour of composing an apology and thank you letter to femoids and reflecting on what you've learned that day. (the letter will be reviewed and if not satisfactory, an extra hour will be added to the feces throwing session.)

Sleep while sounds of people having sex are playing in the background

Every weekend you get 2 hours movie time where you watch specially selected movies and shows from different time periods about strong empowered women who have just enough sex on camera for it to be traumatizing but not enough for it to be porn, followed by 3 hours of post movie discussions between numales and femoids to teach you how to hold a conversation

The self-improvement camp experience will be recorded and aired as a reality show, and it will never get banned because it is a part of a government rehabilitation initiative and a great way to make trash be useful to the economy after all. All the money from he reality show will go towards funding feminist approved initiatives focused around women's issues.
