I was just throwing it out there that it doesn't have to be physically violent. I also do think it is good practice to assume any woman who claims she was raped or almost raped is lying unless it has been decided by due process, other wise it's kinda guilty until proven innocent.

I do agree with you that there are people that may lie about being raped for attention. However, I have several friends that have been raped and they absolutely do not seek attention from it. Seeing the damage that its done to them is fucking horrible. It takes them years to start trusting people again and they never fully recover to the trust levels they had before their experience. It gives me a very harsh reaction to the people that defend or minimize it.
