There's multiple ways to give your hair volume. You could use some form of a gel or mousse, or just use a curling iron to give it a little fluff. Volumizing shampoo would be good to add in and use conditioner too. Don't get a 2 in 1, get legit conditioner.

Hair wax, texturizing spray, and volumizing powder. Then hairspray to set it.

Do texturing spray first to add volume and something for the wax to "grab" onto. Then hair wax to get it into the tousled shape you want. Then add the volumizing powder onto that - the powder will combine with the wax that's already there to give you a big boost. Then hold it into place and set it with hairspray. It sounds complicated but actually only takes 5-10 minutes once you've got the hang of it.
