So my good friend is a CEO of a finance firm, I used to work there some years ago, and still go in if there's a particular project pertinent to me. Last year, they were expanding and needed to hire some more employees, so my friend called me in to help with the hiring process.
He and I conducted many interviews over the course of a couple weeks, many very talented female and male applicants. After the interviews, we sat down in his office and went through the resumes and recounted they weeks' events to come to a final conclusion.
There were two positions available, one as a broker, one in more junior assistant role. Many attractive, young, capable femoids applied (most of them for the more junior role).
My friend and I randomly sorted the résumés into two piles, and it just so happened that one of the piles was all the male résumés, and the other all the female ones. Well, as it happened, the female one slid right off the table and into the rubbish. For the assistant role we hired a very competent young incel from Hong Kong, and for the broker position we hired a short, balding currycel.
I am sure they are the most competent employees for the positions :)

I'm at a decent place right now. I have a lot of contact with new interns but they're like screened. The push to hire women is HUGE in STEM fields. I seriously cannot stress enough how easy it is for women to get jobs in STEM these days.

What's frustrating to most of the women here, at least those of us who have been posting for a while, is incel insistence that we, as a blanket entity, hate unattractive men or go out of our way to make their lives difficult. Rejection isn't hatred, there is a scale between 'not for me' and 'begone, disgusting freak'. I can assure you I feel contempt for very few people and they've all earned it through their actions, not how they look.
I do know horrible women, of course, but the old 'awalt' gets really tiresome. It isn't logical that billions of people would be 'the same' in any meaningful way about anything, apart from having the same sex organs (although even that's getting confusing these days).
