I've reduced my diet by ~1500kcal for a 2 month cut, and even though I want to eat more, it's not exactly hard to stick to it. Get your macros, fill up the rest with veggies and you wont even be that hungry, and you'll be way healthier from all the vitamins.

I mean, this is clearly satire but tbh I've heard this said quite often. "Some people are just predisposed to holding more fat, it's genetic." There is an element of truth to this, but being fat is pretty much always down to poor diet choice. Only a miniscule percentage of the population suffers from issues like hypothyroidism which can cause fat storage issues.

Most people would look great body wise if they completely eliminated all foods containing processed sugars and grain in their diet, but that aint gonna happen. Let's just blame genetics instead. Sorry this rant isn't aimed at you; it's just I was reminded how I can't stand the way people spout bullshit about weight issues, and I hope some of the delusional types who lurk here will gain omething.
