So one of my bullies from Junior high eventually became friends with me towards the end of the school year. I put together a rec ball hockey team which he and I were both on. Whenever that would happen I would immediately step in and tell him to cut that shit out, AND I would go over to Omar and explain that he's got to stand up for himself & not be afraid to lose a fight (When I was bullied I learned to be immediately ready to throw down. Usually these bullies just looked at my size, laughed at the thought of a fight and walked away. Sometimes they would get more physical and rough me up. But in at the end of the day, you gained respect for not being a pussy). Anyway, Omar eventually stopped getting bullied by this guy - both at the hockey games and at school in general.

I left that school for another highschool and didn't see Omar for 4 years, until I saw on FB we were both going to the same hip-hop concert. I message him, saying I saw him listed as an attendee and we should meet up again. Completely ignored, ok, whatever. He ended up being there and just pretended he never saw me. Again, whatever.

Fast forward about half a year after that. I'm at some charity event with a cute Stacey as my date and I run into him, turns out he's voluteering for the event. Of course, now is the time that he suddenly remembers what good friends we were. I try to walk past him and he's just like "Mindbogglingly!!!! Omg can't believe to see you here, what's up man???
